Despite the efforts of the appellants, he was unable to serve on the respondents 3 to 9. Therefore, the appellants have taken out this application for taking substituted service, publication in one issue of Dhinabhoomi having circulation in Chengalpattu. The said application is ordered. The paper publication shall be effected in one issue of a Dhinabhoomi, having circulation at Chengalpattu for the hearing date 10.04.2024. In addition to the above paper publication, the appellants are directed to affix the notice at the last known address of the aforesaid respondents and court notice board. The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.
