This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondent police to file the final report on the FIR in crime No.361/2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.361 of 2019 for the offence under Section 337 & 288 of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
