A.No.1588 of 2022 A.No.1588 of 2022 in C.S.No.230 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This application has been filed by the applicant/second defendant seeking to set aside the ex-parte order dated 14.03.2022 passed in C.S.No.230 of 2021.
2. Applicant is the second defendant in the suit. He has already filed the written statement. It was returned by the Registry and the same was not represented by the second defendant before the Registry. Hence ex-parte order has been passed by this Court on 14.03.2022.
3. Now, the learned counsel for the applicant has filed this application seeking to set aside the exparte order. The learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs has also no serious objection to allow this application.
