2015 and quash the same declaring that the notices issued by the respondents under sections 56 and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 are illegal and null and void and holding that the building construction activity of the petitioner University which has been done after obtaining valid permission from the executive authority under the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Building Rules 1970 and 1997 are legal and valid. (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application on any future cause of action that may arise in this matter. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
