Today, 02.12.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the main domestic violence case has already been disposed of. Therefore, the prayer sought in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
2. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
