It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in view of the subsequent proceedings issued to revoke the suspension and re-instate in service through proceedings Ref. The relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
