For Petitioner : Mr.K.Seetharam in both CRPs For Respondents : Mr.S.Dhakshinamoorthy in both CRPs COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.04.2017 made in I.A.Nos.9119 & 9120 of 2016 in O.S.Nos.2655 & 2656 of 2016 on the file of the V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was posted for admission on 20.06.2018 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned. Even on that day, this Court directed the Trial Court to proceed with the suit in accordance with law without waiting for the order to be passed in the present Civil Revision Petitions. Today, when the matter was listed under the caption for "adjourned admission", the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for adjournment.

3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further. Further, these Civil Revision Petitions are pending for the past three years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. 2/4
