, (Electrical Communication Engineering) course and publish the 1st year (1st semester) results and permit her to future examinations and publish the results (in WMP.No.7498/2020) pending disposal of the above WP.No.6359/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.DORAISWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KARTHIKAI BALAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the 1st respondent the court made the following order:- This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner (Register No.19BEC168) to continue the B.

E (Electrical Communication Engineering) course and publish the 1st year (1st Semester) results and permit her to take future examinations and publish the results, pending disposal of the main writ petition.

2.It is seen from records that this Court had directed the petitioner to produce the community certificate before the 1st year examination. This order was passed in WP No.16984 of 2019 dated 25.06.2019. Even while this order was passed, the application made by the petitioner seeking for community certificate from the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) was rejected. This order was put to challenge before this Court by the father of the petitioner in WP No.12351 of 2019. This Court disposed of the writ petition along with connected cases by an order dated 09.08.2019. The relevant portion in the order is extracted hereunder :-

Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents to issue Provisional Community Certificates to the petitioners' children or the petitioner(s) being children, as the case may be, by making an endorsement on the same that as per the direction of this Court, the said Community Certificates is/are being issued, subject to the verification of the genuineness of the same by the State Level Scrutiny Committee. After the conformity of the genuineness of the said Community Certificates by the State Level Scrutiny Committee, the respondent(s) shall issue permanent Community Certificates to the petitioners' children or the petitioner(s) being the children, as the case may be. 3.

In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer has been directed to issue a provisional community certificate to the petitioner and this Certificate is going to be scrutinized / verified by the State Level Scrutiny Committee. Till the final decision is taken by the State Level Scrutiny Committee, the petitioner must be permitted to continue her course in the 2nd respondent college. Therefore, there shall be an order of interim direction, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue her course in the 2nd respondent college, till final orders are passed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee.
