Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, Calling for the records pertaining to Tender cum Open Auction Notice issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka. No.29400/ F3/2014 dated 9.1.2015 and published in Dhina Mani Daily dated 14.1.2015 and quash the same in so far as Item No.8 Mettur Dam is concerned and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to allow the petitioner to procure fish as per the contract price from the 4th respondent till 31.3.2015 and further for the period of 9 months lost in the contract.
