Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his ACE/NEDC/NKL/AEE/MM/AEI/F.HT/D.No.561/19 dated 22.07.2019, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without authority of law, and contrary to the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 and consequently direct the respondents to effect a reduction of demand from 810 to 610 KVA vide the petitioner's application dated 02.07.2019.
