C.M.P.Nos.5958, 5960, 5963, 6198, 6202 & 6204 of 2024 in S.A.Nos.232 of 2007 & 1126 of 2008 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J., The sole appellant in both Second Appeals died on 18.11.2022 and C.M.P.Nos.5958, 5960 & 5963 of 2024 in S.A.No.232 of 2007 are filed to (i) condone the delay of 322 days in filing application to set aside the abatement, (ii) set aside the abatement, (iii) bring on records of the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant in S.A.No.232 of 2007, respectively.
2. C.M.P.Nos.6198, 6202 & 6204 of 2024 in S.A.No.1126 of 2008 are filed to (i) condone the delay of 322 days in filing application to set aside the abatement, (ii) set aside the abatement, (iii) bring on records of the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant in S.A.No.1126 of 2008, respectively.

Since the wife of the sole appellant viz., Indhira pre-deceased on 14.05.2018, his five daughters and one son have to be substituted as legal heirs. 4.
