PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the entire records pursuant to the Crime No.22 of 2022 dated 13.08.2022 on the file of 1st respondent, quash the same by allowing this Criminal Original Petition and pass such further or other suitable order or orders as this Court may deems fit.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pursuant to the Crime No.22 of 2022 dated 13.08.2022 on the file of 1st respondent, quash the same by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.

3. In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed, the prayer for quashment of the First Information Report cannot be entertained.
