ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to disburse petitioner's arrears of pay which includes arrears on account of wage revision for the period 1997-2001 and the Productivity Linked Incentive (PLI) for the period 1998-2001 as well as to continue petitioner entitlement to the benefits under the Medical Health Scheme for Retirees.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
