Respondents PRAYER:-This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12857 of 2021, dated 06.10.2023 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents that the respondents herein had filed an appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.12857 of 2021 and the learned Division Bench of this Court, by its order dated 16.04.2024 had granted interim stay in W.A.No.1183 of 2024 of 2024 and the Writ Appeal is pending. A copy of the same is also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the same, the present Contempt proceedings cannot be continued and hence, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate petition to reopen the Contempt Petition in the event of her success in the Writ Appeal.
