This writ petition has been filed to quash the Proceeding dated 5/8/2015 of the fourth respondent and consequently, direct the respondents to provide accommodation to the petitioner for having a shop in any one of the lands owned and possessed by the respondent temple. Page No:2/4

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, petitioner died and subsequently, possession was taken over by the Department.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. Liberty is granted to the L.Rs of the deceased to work out their remedy in the manner known to law, if so aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
