The Petitioner was appointed as a staff nurse based on consolidated pay for five years at Government Primary Health Center at Pudu Uthamanur, Tiruchirappalli District in the year 2012 and her services were also regularised by the second respondent. The order dated 03.12.2012 passed by the Directorate of Rural Health Services, Cuddalore shows that as per the
proceedings dated 09.11.2012 the petitioner, being appointed on contract basis and has been observed into regular time scale of pay PB2-Rs.9300-13400+Grade pay 4450 and posted to primary health center, Mangallur. Since she got married in the year and her husband belongs to Trichirapalli District and she has also given birth to two children by caesarian and the second child is only eleven months old and that, her husband is working in a marketing company as sales executive in Tricuchirappalli the petitioner is working in pudukottai district is unable to visit her family repeteadly. Therefore, she has given representation on 10.02.2017 with a request to transfer her from Head quaters hospital Pudukottai to Medical College Hospital Tiruchirappalli or Tiruchy Government Hospital or Employees State Insurance Corporation ( ESI ) at Ramjinagar. But, till date it has not been considered therefore she has come to this Court.
2.Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of the respondents, sough some reasonable time to consider the petitioner's representation. 3.As the petitioner, is working in Pudukottai and also her husband is working in Tiruchirappalli, with the two children it will be highly difficult to maintain her family and she may not be able to further concentrate in the present job if she is not permitted to join her family. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
