ORDER

The relief sought for in this criminal Original Petition is to quash the records of the enquiry summon Na.Ka.72.SJ&HR/2017 dated 29.08.2017 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
