3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. Admittedly, the Final Selection List has already been published and it is not known as to why the petitioner, without questioning the said Final Selection List, has simply sought for a direction to the respondents for issuance of suitable appointment to him. The request of the petitioner cannot be acceded to after finalization of the selection list, especially when there is no challenge to the selection list.
5. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
