This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2020 pending on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Salem. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.
3.The revision petitioners are the defendants 1 to 2 in the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2020 filed by the respondent 1 and 2 herein/plaintiffs for Page No.3/6
the reliefs of declaration, mandatory injunction and permanent injunction. 4.It seems that the suit is said to be pending at the stage of filing additional written statement of other defendants, but the defendants did not choose to appear. Under such circumstances, the Court has to pass necessary orders and take the proceedings to the next stage. Due to high value involved in the suit, it will be appreciable, if the learned trial Judge dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. 5.Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned I Additional District Munsif, Salem is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
