When this Matter was listed for hearing on 18.03.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be posted for hearing today under the caption "for dismissal". But today also, none represented on behalf of the writ petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for Non-prosecution.

2. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed for Nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
