ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 15.10.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.38934 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation and forwarded the same to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram, by the proceedings dated 06.04.2026 for further action and the same was also informed to the petitioner on 13.04.2026 itself. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
