This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2023 for rectification of pay anomaly and to grant revised pension

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 & 5 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed 2/4
