Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's lands in surverys Nos.104 and 105, re-survey No.53/2,53/3,53/4, 53/5 and 54/1 of Komaragoudnanpalayam Village, Tiruppur District, to enable the revenue authorities to carryout/conduct the survey of the petitioners lands above, without any hindrance whatsoever from anybody including the 3rd 1/4

respondent.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner's lands in survey Nos.104 and 105, re-survey No.53/2,53/3,53/4, 53/5 and 54/1 of Komaragoudnanpalayam Village, Tiruppur District, to enable the revenue authorities to carryout/conduct the survey of the petitioners lands above, without any hindrance whatsoever from anybody including the 3rd respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and that the same was closed on 27.11.2023. He further submitted that the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a civil dispute.

In the light of the above, no further orders can be passed in 2/4

this criminal original petition and it is left open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court. 4.

This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
