Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the final key answers for the Question No.9 & 22 in paper-II, Code: TNTET-2 SERIES Code:A, of question booklet published by the 2nd respondent on 5.11.2013 through internet and to quash the same and directing the 2nd respondent to award 2 marks for the Q.No.9 & 22 in Paper-II, Code-TNTET-2 SERIES Code:A, of question booklet on the basis of authenticated books published by Government and consequently allow petitioner to participate in the certificate verification for the appointment of Teacher in Classes I to VIII in the Tamilnadu Govt. School for TRB-TNTET-2013 and consequently appoint as a teacher in classes I to VIII according to due process of law.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the final key answers of the question booklet published by the 2nd respondent on 05.11.2013 and to quash the same and consequently allow petitioner to participate in the certificate verification for the appointment of Teacher.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent that the very same questions and the answer key has fallen for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.18223 of 2013 and batch dated 13.11.2013 and the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P (MD) No.18507 of 2021 and batch dated 20.11.2013 and the key answers given for the said questions were held to be correct by this Court as well the Madurai Bench of
this Court.
3. In view of the same, no further adjudication needs to be made in this Writ Petition, as the key answers that are provided by the 2nd respondent is found to be correct by this Court. Hence, no relief can be granted in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
