Seeking permission to amend the short and long cause titles of the plaint, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing the application.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed.

4.Post the suit before the Additional Master - II for continuation of evidence, who shall conclude the same within a period of four weeks.
