ORDER

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that his seniority has not been fixed in accordance with the rule and with reference to the date of appointment of the writ petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher. In respect of the said grievances of revision of seniority, the writ petitioner had submitted a representation on 02.01.2014 and the same is yet to be considered.

2.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 02.01.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.

3.With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequenty, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
