Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the 9th petitioners to withdraw the sum of Rs.15,58,910/- as per order dated 22/11/2010 in MP.No.1/2010 in SA.No.1004 of 2008 for himself and on behalf of the other petitioners(in CMP.No.6929/2018) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.PANCHATSARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.DEVNARENTRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents the court made the following order:-

This petition is filed to permit the 9th petitioner to withdraw the sum of Rs.15,58,910/- as per order dated 22.11.2010 in M.P.No.1/2010 in S.A.No.1004 of 2008 for himself and on behalf of the other petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, all the petitioners 3 to 8 and 10 were present before this Court. They have filed separate affidavits stating that they have no objection in permitting the 9th petitioner to withdraw the above said sum. They have also filed the copy of their respective Aadhar card for proper identification. When we enquired them, they stated that the do not have any objection in permitting the 9th respondent in withdrawing the said amount.

3. In view of the affidavits filed by the petitioners 3 to 8 and 10, this petition is allowed. The 9th petitioner is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.15,58,910/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs, Fifty Eight thousand nine hundred and ten only) deposited to the credit of this Court in S.A.No.1004 of 2008.
