This is a petition to condone the delay of 7 days in in preferring an appeal against the Final Award dated 13-08-2019 passed in MCOP No.60 of 2018 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Additional District Judge) at Hosur.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
