JUDGMENT

This Appeal has been filed against the order dated 04.10.2018 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour- I Cum Joint Commissioner of Labour, Chennai-6 in W.C. No.44 of 2005. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The Appellants as well as the first respondent, the contesting respondent in this Appeal have jointly filed a Memo of Compromise dated 23.10.2021 before this Court. The Appellants as well as the first respondent have signed the Joint memo of compromise and their respective counsels have also signed the same.
