Seeking to amend the correct date of birth of the child Kamini as 09.05.2013 instead of 05.05.2013 in Page No.5 para 14 in the prayer column of the petition in O.P.No.287 of 2016, the applicant/petitioner has come up with this application.

2.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the date of birth of the minor child Kamini has been wrongly mentioned as 05.05.2013 in Page No.5 para 14 instead of 09.05.2013 but in the short cause title, it has been correctly mentioned. He further submits that the correct date of birth of the minor child is required for the purpose of getting passport.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the avements made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is ordered as prayed for. 22.09.2016 mmi Note: Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy on 23.09.2016.
