The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
2.The petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2015 reveals that the petitioner seeks permission to operate the generator. The respondent asked the petitioner to remove the generator installed in the respondent Bank.
3.This Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner has not established any right for the purpose of granting the relief. This apart, in the event of any contract or agreement between the parties for operating the generator or otherwise, then alone the petitioner has to approach the competent Court of law. merits and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
