This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent not to register the schedule mentioned property with respect to the decree dated 04.02.2004 made in O.S.No.11 of 1992 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
