O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 132, 121(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.306 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was involved in attacking the Forest Guard while he was discharging his official duty, due to which he sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the case was registered.

3. Earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail application four times. However, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, and he is directed to surrender and seek bail.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 27.02.2026 sma 2/4
