ORDER
While disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.14306 of 2016, by order dated 18.04.2016, this Court directed the respondents to return the sale deed, dated 13.12.1998, within a period of two weeks from the date of a
copy of the order, by making necessary endorsement on the document with regard to the pendency of proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act.
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.04.2016 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order dated 18.04.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
