Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.

KUYILAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- C.M.P.No.6048 of 2021 is filed to dispense with the production of the Decreetal order dated 04.11.2020 passed in M.C.O.P.No.311 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Salem.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered exempting the petitioners from the production of Decreetal order dated 04.11.2020 passed in M.C.O.P.No.311 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Salem, for the present and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is directed to produce a copy of the Decreetal order dated 04.11.2020 passed in M.C.O.P.No.311 of 2018 within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.
