2025-07-21Honourable Mr Justice R. Suresh Kumar,Honourable Mr.Justice P. Dhanabal1 pages

C.M.P.No.10230 of 2025 in C.M.A.Sr.No.29153 of 2025 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.

AND P. DHANABAL, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 321 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they are ready to give-up respondents 5 and 6, as they are not the main contesting respondents.

Insofar as the main contesting respondents 1 to 4 are concerned, Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel, entered appearance and though he made some objections with regard to condoning the delay, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 321 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
