Writ Petition filed under article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the Commissioner of Police, Salem South, the 3rd respondent herein, to grant permission to the Petitioner to perform the Bull-Catch festival in the temple during the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Muthu Mariamman Temple, Kondalampatti, Salem, on 20.03.2020 and consequently arrange Police protection during the festival as was done in the previous years 2017 and 2018.
