Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal in Na.Ka.No.3902/2017/A1 dated 28.12.2017 pending before the 2nd respondent, for cancellation of patta stands in the name of the respondents 4 to 6 within a time framed.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal in Na.Ka.No.3902/2017/A1 dated 28.12.2017 pending before the 2nd respondent, for cancellation of patta stands in the name of the respondents 4 to 6 within a time framed.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 28.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer.. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 28.05.2021.
