2.The order under challenge in this Writ Petition is only a show cause notice issued by the third respondent calling for explanation from the petitioners. It is always open to the petitioners to submit their explanation and defend their case before the appropriate authority.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the petitioners to exhaust the available remedy and thereafter, approach this Court, if they are so advised.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
