This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation concerned in Crime No.1146 of 2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to other investigating agency namely CBCID for proper investigation.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to any other agency. However, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Incharge of Mangadu is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.1146 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2017 and either file a closure report or final report, as the case may be.
4. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
