ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of a complaint, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute, in which the opposite party has also issued a promissory note to the petitioner. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in a manner known to law.
