The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to forthwith accept the petitioner's PSTM Certificate dated 20.11.2017 in proof of studying SSLC in Tamil Medium and permit the petitioner A.Amsaveni, candidate bearing Register No.0205008004 to participate in the original certificate verification/First Phase of Counselling to be completed in 17.03.2020 or to the next phase of Counselling to be held on any future dates by the respondents for filling up of the vacancies to the post of Junior Assistant/Field Surveyor/Village Administrative Officer included in Combined Civil Services Examination-IV (Group-IV) 2018-2019 and 2019Page No.2 of 5
2020 as per Advertisement No.549 and Notification No.19/2019 dated 14.06.2019 issued by the first respondent after considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2020.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has been selected and the selection order was forwarded to the Head of the Department on 08.06.2023 and the individual copy has also been sent to the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also acknowledged the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.07.2023 Page No.3 of 5
