This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 318 days in filing the appeal CMA.SR31468 of 2021.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. However, it is made clear that in case, if the Award amount is enhanced by this Court, the Appellant is not entitled for any interest for the delay period.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for Admission on 20.10.2021.
