A.No.1439 of 2024 has been filed to raise the attachment made in A.No.3032 of 2021 in the above suit dated 28.07.2017.

A.No.1440 of 2024 has been filed to pass an order to stay all further proceedings in EP.No.7 of 2020 in the above suit in schedule B property pending disposal of the Attachment raised order in AD.No.30449 of 2024 in the above suit.

2. This court by its order dated 12.03.2024 has granted interim stay till 19.03.2024 from bringing the schedule property as mentioned in the Judge's Summons, for sale through public auction.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Perusal of records would reveal that the counter not filed by the respondents.

5. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection in allowing A.No.1439 of 2024.

6. Having regard to the submission on either side and no objection submitted on the side of the respondents, the Order of attachment has to be raised in respect of 'A' schedule property as mentioned in the attachment order dated 28.07.2017 by this court and this application is Ordered accordingly.

7. The Registry is directed to communicate the Order of raising the attachment to the concerned Registrar.

8. In the result, the A.No.1439 of 2024 is allowed in part and A.No.1440 of 2024 is closed.

9. Post the main suit on 02.04.2024.
