PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, pleased to direct the third respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner complaint dated 20.03.2020 in view of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur in CMP No.1552/2021 by an order dated 22.02.2021.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2020 in view of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur in CMP No.1552 of 2021, dated 22.02.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed an Application under Section 156 (3) of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cr.P.C., in CMP No.1552 of 2021 and the learned Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur by an order dated 22.02.2021 had directed the third respondent to enquire the matter and register the FIR.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is a subsequent purchaser. Earlier, based on the complaint given by the original owner of the property, a case in Crime No.49 of 2021 has been registered by the third respondent.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
