Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the United India Insurance Co. Ltd./Respondent-2 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / learned Special District Judge No.1, Cuddalore.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.27697 of 2025.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the name of the Respondents are printed in the cause list.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 83 days is condoned on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 83 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
