O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include the accused names Adjit, s/o.Nataraj Achary and Arun Kumar, s/o.Chakaravathi (pillion rider) in the FIR in Crime No.76 of 2015.
2. The petitioner submits that when the petitioner's wife and his daughters were going in a two wheeler in Dindivanam - Vandavasi Road, another two wheeler bearing Registration No.PY01-AY-1542 came in a rash and negligent manner, dashed against the petitioner's youngest daughter aged about 8 years, due to which she sustained grievous injuries and succumbed to injuries despite the treatment given to her. In this regard, a case in Crime No.76 of 2015 was registered, but the name of the accused, namely Adjit, s/o.Nataraj Achary and Arun Kumar, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
s/o.Chakaravathi were not included. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file the present petition seeking further investigation and also for inclusion of the names of the above persons in the FIR.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the name of the rider of the motorcycle, namely Arun Kumar, who had caused the accident, has been included in the FIR subsequently.
4.
