Alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the Respondent by issuing a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A5/18903/2015, dated 29.02.2016. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
