O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct enquiry based on his representation dated 12.06.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name.

2. Heard Mr.M.Elumalai, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that a batch of writ petitions were already considered by this Court in 2/7

W.P.Nos.19262/2015 etc. dated 23.10.2024 wherein various directions were issued by the Division Bench of this Court.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, therefore, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner will be considered in line with the guidelines issued by the Division Bench.

5. In the light of the submissions made on either side and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
