.. Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 03.03.2015 made by the petitioner to the respondents and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.03.2015 to the 2nd respondent praying for cancellation of Document No.175 of 2013 registered on the file of the office of the Sub Registrar, Thiruthuraipoondi, relating to the landed property in S.No.24/6A, 6B, 6C, 26/4A, 4B, 6B, 77/1, 78/2 of No.54, situated in Pandi Village, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, with a copy marked to the 1st respondent and since, no response is forthcoming, she came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Subbiah, learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, this Court, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 03.03.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
